CHSS offers not just your leave entitlements but extends your leave options to include Personal leave provisions to help you balance your work and personal commitments.  CHSS offer above and beyond the Award leave entitlements by offering: Study Leave, Leave with out pay and has extended the Personal Leave provision also known as Carer’s Leave, Bereavement Leave or Sick Leave for staff which experience the event of death or serious illness of not just an immediate family member but any family member, friend or loved one.
